Baton Rouge Chophouse is a fictional upscale steakhouse concept set in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The project explores a dark, refined brand identity rooted in classic steakhouse tradition. Designed to communicate quality, and a premium dining experience without feeling dated or over designed.
The goal was to develop a cohesive brand identity system that could stand out in a competitive steakhouse market while feeling timeless and established. The identity was designed to translate seamlessly across signage, advertising, and digital applications, reinforcing a sense of heritage, craftsmanship, and elevated dining.
The brand system relies on clear typography and structured layouts, with photography and environment carrying the overall tone. This approach keeps the identity consistent across applications while letting the dining experience speak for itself.

The logo system is built around a simple cattle mark paired with strong, classic typography. Variations are used to maintain legibility and consistency across different formats, from signage to digital applications, without changing the core structure of the identity.

Packaging and in store signage maintain the same restraint, quality, and attention to detail found in the restaurant, ensuring a consistent brand experience across dining, home, and retail contexts.
